ATC : Who We Are
Fred McCarter
 Fred is the founder of Aviation Tax Consultants (ATC), a business which utilizes his many years of experience in tax consulting. After graduating from Indiana University with a B.S. in accounting, and spending a short time in public accounting, he started his first line of business specializing in property tax consulting. In 2003, he became aware of the need for specialized consulting for people who are purchasing general aviation aircraft and started Aviation Tax Consultants (ATC) to fill the need.
Fred resides in Columbus, Indiana with his wife, Lisa and three children, Casey, K.J. and Cole. He has his instrument rating and enjoys his time in the air. He is also an avid hunter, enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and coaching his sons’ teams.
Daniel Cheung, CPA
Daniel Cheung is a
member of Aviation Tax Consultants, LLC. He is a certified
public accountant and he specializes in aviation tax compliance
matters. Daniel has established great working relationships
within the general aviation community with business owners,
pilots and aircraft sales professionals. Daniel received his
B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University in 1989.
Daniel was born
and raised in Hong Kong and he has been a naturalized Hoosier
since 1985. He resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife Susan
and two children, Cody and David.
Lisa McCarter
| Lisa joined ATC in December of 2004 bringing along with her a strong background in business, finance, and technology. Her experience includes 11 years in the financial services industry where she held positions in human resources, marketing, office management and information technology. She holds her B.S. and her M.B.A. from the Indiana University School of Business. |

Jonathan R. Reynolds, JD
 Jon Reynolds earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is a Graduate of the University Of San Francisco School Of Law. Jon has over 25 years experience as an attorney, including 9 years in private practice and 16 years as General Counsel for a major consumer products company.
